Divine Timing.

Have you ever placed an online order and found yourself constantly refreshing the tracking page? You know the estimated delivery date, but you can’t help checking for updates, hoping it'll magically move from "Label Created" to "Out for Delivery" a day early. We understand that shipping can take time due to processing, transit, and handling. The package is on its way, moving through a system we can't see but have to trust.

Yet, when it comes to the most critical "orders" we place with God, our prayers, dreams, and deepest desires, we are relentless page-refreshers. We crave immediate confirmation and a detailed tracking timeline for our lives. We live in a world of two-day shipping and instant downloads, but God operates the fulfillment center of eternity. His delivery schedule is referred to as Divine Timing.

Our faith is tested and strengthened in the space between "Order Placed" and "Delivered." This phase can feel like a black hole, filled with silence that makes us wonder if our order went through. Fear whispers, "What if it got lost?" and comparison shouts, "Look, someone else’s package already arrived!" This struggle isn't a sign of weak faith, but a sign of being human. Giants of faith also wrestled with timing, and the delay wasn't rejection, but part of the necessary route.

Divine Timing is Not Passive Waiting...

We trust in this divine moment, surrendering our need for control in a deliberate act of letting go. This allows us to trade anxiety for deep peace, choosing to trust that the delay is part of a larger plan. The waiting period reveals that our goal is not just to get what we want, but to be transformed along the way and deepen our connection with God, which is more important than any outcome. In this sacred pause, our frantic striving is replaced by calm confidence, and we build a story that will one day bring hope to others in their own season of waiting.

So, I leave you with this reflection: What's the one thing you’ve been trying to find in your life? Can you imagine finally closing that browser tab, releasing your grip on the timeline, and resting in the calm assurance that what is meant for you is already on its way, organized by a hand that has never once lost a package? Your story is unfolding right on schedule.💋
